The most sensitive and fragile parts of all of the build are here now to be assembled.. Used the pointed tip of soldering iron to drill a pilot hole in lexan material followed by assembling them to the aluminum frames…
Time to balance and install the inboard and outboard flaperons on my Cruzer… The biggest job is to balance those dead weights so flaperons and balanced at center flat. Grinding the solid round bar weights is definitely a PITA…
After due planning on drilling, and running the Pitot Static lines – the routing of teflon lines is complete and it is connected to GRT EFIS as well 🙂 Wiring cleaned up All drops are secured from loose rattling.
Ok friends – I believe we met another major milestone in my Cruzer build My “Tuk Tuk Toucan” has wings now — both wings are set and angle on digital protractor shows 1.4deg on both wings
